DFFCL OFFICIAL RULE BOOK:
- The Owner of the last place team will be kicked out of the league the following year. They will also gain possession of the Seth Cobbel 'Cobbel's Shitty Management Lifetime Achievement Award' Trophy and will go by the title of 'Last Place Loser' until reinstated.
- Please send the entrance requirement within a reasonable time-frame.
- If you cannot make the draft, you must inform the Commissioner within a reasonable amount of time. If not, you may be removed from the league at the Commissioner's discretion.
- No owner may ever 'Auto-Pick' their draft.
- Once the draft begins, it does not stop. If you pick the wrong player, look at the wrong computer, or lose connection, that is your problem. Get back online as fast as possible.
- Trades may not occur until after the draft has been completed.
- Defensive scoring does not include Kickoff and Punt Returns run back for touchdowns.
- Trades are put through by the Commissioner at his own discretion.
- The Commissioner may alter league trade settings in 'Commissioner's Tools' in order to accommodate the trading parties to ensure the intent of the trading parties is accommodated.
- Players may be traded up until 1 hour before their game begins on a given week. If two teams attempt to trade within the hour before their game begins and the Commissioner is unable to put the trade through, then it is the fault of the trading teams for not getting it done sooner.
- If a player has played (even if on the bench), he may not be traded until that week has been completed.
- The Pincus Rule: The two owners left to battle it out for the league championship, may elect to split the prize evenly if they inform the Commissioner of their intent before the match-up begins.
- The Yoni Rule: After all Week 14 games are completed and the playoff seeding is set, only owners who are participating in the Championship Bracket of the Playoffs may add or drop free agents. Once Week 15 has been completed, the 3rd and 4th place teams are banned from adding and dropping active players.
- The draft will take place on the same day every year until every owner is dead. Thus, the Draft will occur on the Monday evening the week of the first game of the NFL season.
- The League Pick 'Em is now run through Yahoo!. Any late picks will not be accepted. The Winner of the League Pick 'Em gets a dinner paid for by the losing participants (must play at least six weeks to be eligible) at the location of the winner's choosing.
- The Rutt Rule: Attendance at the draft is mandatory, with the lone exception being Rutt, who is welcome and encouraged to attend, but is not required to.
- The Hodak Rule: An owner who has not paid his league entry fee is ineligible to win the Biggest Blowout prize until he does. Once the owner has paid, the owner is first eligible for Biggest Blowout on the upcoming week after the date of payment. If he pays after a week has started, he is first eligible the following week.
DFFCL ROSTERS:
DFFCL rosters consist of: 16 players; 10 starters and 6 bench spots.
DFFCL starting lineups consist of: QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, WR, TE, RB/WR/TE, K, DEF.
